Deep-Drawing
Here a stainless steel pot of 380 mm in diameter and 250 mm in height is being deep-drawn.

We draw and stamp: ... up to 2500 KN deep-drawing force
Deep-drawing is one of the most important procedures used in sheet metal forming and represents an interesting alternative to metal spinning in the case of economical lot sizes. Moreover, deep-drawing is of central importance for the mass production of hollow bodies in many fields.
By definition, deep-drawing is the tension/compression forming of a flat sheet metal blank in a hollow body open on one side or of a hollow body in a hollow body of a smaller size.
In our deep-drawing department we manufacture all types of products such as pots or filter bodies with a deep-drawing force of up to 2500 KN. Here it is possible to process parts with a length of 1000 mm and a width of 700 mm. The maximum depth of a part can be drawn up to 350 mm.
