We press blanks of up to 1800 mm in diameter on state-of-the-art playback machines.
Metal spinning is a non-cutting production process used in sheet metal forming, in which the complicated and expensive production of deep-drawing dies and corresponding technologies are not required – so that cost-effectiveness is assured.
Metal spinning is the ideal manufacturing process for producing rotationally symmetric hollow bodies.
As a result of this manufacturing method on modern computer-controlled PNC machines the workpiece becomes more resilient and lighter. Thanks to the flexible roller guide it is possible on just one spinning mandrel to produce various materials such as ferric metals, aluminium, stainless steel, copper and brass in accordance with customer wishes.
We process:
sheet steel (galvanised) up to 8 mm thick, stainless steels (including heat-resistant ones) up to 6 mm thick, aluminium up to 10 mm thick, brass and copper up to 8 mm thick, silver, Hastelloy, Inconel and much more.
